About our cards

We are proudly Canadian!

Our cards are 5x7 (folded) in size, printed on high-quality FSC-certified® Carolina paper stock and supplied with plain white A7 envelopes.

All are GS1-compliant, featuring UPC barcodes on card reverse.

Retail/Wholesale Customers

Retail/Wholesale pricing is available. If you are a wholesale or retail customer interested in carrying our cards, please contact us at info@royalgreetings.ca

Shipping

Shipping rates are for delivery in Canada. For international rates, please contact us @ info@royalgreetings.ca

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of your order via Canada Post (regular mail). For deliveries in Canada, please allow 3-10 business days to arrive (in accordance with Canada Post Delivery standards)

Canada Post provides tracking numbers for small packages being sent by regular mail. Shipping upgrades for rush orders are available on request. If you prefer this option, please contact us in advance of processing your order

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@royalgreetings.ca

Returns must be shipped back in its original condition, and received by us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund

We will credit your card once the merchandise has been returned. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs on items that are not damaged or defective

Additional

Holiday or weather-related delays, or issues within the postal service may delay your orders. We will always send your order in a timely manner as indicated in our shipping times
